GENERAL QUESTIONS:
Q: Do you deliver every image you shoot?
A: No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions, and other images that may dilute the overall product delivery. With our expertise of processing millions of images each year, we may eliminate ones that we feel are duplicates and only deliver the best one.
Q: Do you provide videography services?
A: Yes; however, this is an extra cost and is not included with any of the collections. If you are interested in videography, please ask us and we'll be happy to discuss your options.
Q: Have you photographed at my venue before?
A: We have photographed at many venues, so there is a good chance that we have. However, if we have not, we will meet with the venue beforehand to perform a thorough walk-through to scout out the best photography locations. We also do extensive online research prior to your big day.
Q: Which photographer will be photographing me?
A: Typically, the photographer you meet with for individual or intimate sessions. For weddings, all of our collections come with two professional photographers.
Q: Do you provide partial day coverage?
A: Yes, these are called Elopement Packages. We would be happy to discuss this with you if that's what you're looking for.
Q: Does your studio do headshots, individual portraits, family portraits, commercial photography or other types of photography?
A: Yes, we have experience in many fields of photography. Please feel free to contact us about it.
Q: Do you photograph Quinceaneras, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, or Corporate Events?
A: Yes, These are all considered "event photography." We excel at wedding and event photography and would love to cover your celebration.
STYLE AND QUALITY QUESTIONS
Q: What is your photography style for weddings?
A: As fine art photographers, we aim to capture timeless images that are romantic, elegant, and authentic. We blend together both a photojournalistic style of capturing the natural moments that unfold during a wedding day while also styling and posing when needed. When we meet, we will be happy to discuss the different styles and how we blend them together creating unique and expressive imagery.
Q: Can I see a full event from start to finish?
A: Absolutely! We pride ourselves on the consistency of our work. We encourage all of our potential clients to view full events from all photographers they meet with to see how well the photographers perform throughout the day.
Q: My venue is very dark. How does your studio handle these situations and can I see samples?
A: We have photographed in the darkest or dark chapels and reception halls, so no need to worry! If the situation allows, we will set up additional lighting to ensure we get focused pictures. Some chapels do not allow for flash photography; and for that reason, we photograph on cameras with superb low-light performance and lenses with low apertures.
Q: Is there a style of quality difference among the photographers?
A: No. We take every measure to ensure consistent style and quality between our photographers. We have developed the unique style you see in our work over the years. Each event is reviewed to ensure the quality and style are consistent.
