Naomi was born in Okinawa, Japan...the product of a love story between a young American soldier and a beautiful, young Japanese girl. She likens photography to the cherry blossom. In Japan, the cherry blossom represents the fragility and the beauty of life. It’s a reminder that life is almost overwhelmingly beautiful, but that it can also be short. When the cherry blossom trees bloom for a short time each year in brilliant force, they serve as a visual reminder of how precious life is.
Naomi continued her love for photography by obtaining her Master's in Photography from the Savannah College of Art & Design in 2016. Her greatest desire is to capture the beauty around her and preserve it for all time; never to be forgotten.
Tina picked up her first "real camera" in 2015 in an effort to try her hand at product photography. Something she thought would be so easy was the complete opposite. Then she decided to start studying photography and got serious about learning the camera, lenses and everything that there was to learn about light. That's when she knew she had to follow her heart and go in the direction of portraits, boudoir, and wedding photography. She has always enjoyed interacting with people and loves capturing their best moments. Her goal is to find beauty in others and help them see it.
She is a rescue mom of 2 black labs who love swimming, posing for the camera, and keeping her on her toes at a times.
